Riddle exceeded all expectations as she climbed the ladder at Martin Waymire and currently serves as the CEO – Canine Executive Officer. Riddle was promoted to CEO almost immediately after she was hired in August 2006, beating out many long time employees. Riddle is a 9-year-old Belgian Malinois with tremendous talent in sniffing out clients, stress relief consulting, food removal and social media. She earned the Schutzhund III award, a prestigious honor recognizing excellence in tracking, obedience and protection. Other honors include “first MWAC employee featured in USA today (as ‘PR dog’)" and “most liked MWAC employee” in 2011.
