LANSING, Mich. — Martin Waymire, a Lansing-based, full-service public relations and digital marketing firm with a focus on public policy, today announced the hiring of Adam Bitely as senior account executive.
Bitely joins Martin Waymire after six years with the Michigan Senate, where he served as digital media director for the Senate Republicans.
Adam has more than 13 years of experience in communications, digital marketing and political advertising and messaging. He has worked on political campaigns at all levels, from county offices to presidential campaigns – and everything in between. In 2018, he oversaw Michigan Senate Republican digital campaign efforts and played a key role in developing messaging and strategy for the caucus during the election cycle.
“Adam’s experience and skillset particularly in public policy and digital media will be of tremendous value to our firm and the clients we serve,” said Martin Waymire Partner and President Roger Martin, APR. “We are thrilled to add his talent to our already stellar team as we continue serving companies, organizations and campaigns that are making Michigan a better place.”
Prior to moving to Michigan in early 2015, Adam and his wife Andrea lived in Alexandria, Va., where he worked with many political organizations on developing their digital presence, specifically helping them develop communications strategies, organize supporters online and in the field, and effectively fundraise online.
Adam attended George Mason University where he studied economics and government.
