Martin Waymire Announces Promotions of Kerbuski & Minicuci to Vice President

LANSING, Mich.Martin Waymire, a Lansing, Mich.-based, full-service public relations and digital marketing firm with a focus on public policy, today announced the promotions of Andrea Kerbuski and Angela Minicuci, APR, to vice president.

Kerbuski has pioneered Martin Waymire’s successful social media influencer program, most notably for the I Vaccinate campaign, which works to boost childhood immunization rates in Michigan and recently won Martin Waymire its fifth Silver Anvil — the public relations industry equivalent to the Pulitzer Prize. She also leads clients such as Michigan Association of Health Plans, Michigan Association of State Universities and Michigan Health Information Network.

Minicuci helped launch Michigan’s award-winning I Vaccinate campaign when in her role as communications manager for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and has continued to lead the project while at Martin Waymire, extending this work into a project focused specifically on supporting healthcare providers. She also leads Martin Waymire’s earned media and coalition management work on Michigan’s COVID-19 response, and with clients such as the Michigan Infrastructure & Transportation Association, Michigan Virtual, Capital Area Transportation Authority, and more.

“Andrea and Angela are outstanding practitioners and leaders in the community and for our company,” said Martin Waymire Partner and President Roger Martin, APR. “They have earned the trust and respect of their clients, their peers and our team, which is why both are managing important day-to-day responsibilities for the firm in addition to their client work.”

Kerbuski holds an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Eastern Michigan University. Minicuci is a proud graduate of Michigan State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in communication with a specialization in public relations. Both Kerbuski and Minicuci are recipients of the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce’s “10 Over the Next Ten” Award. Minicuci was recently named the 2021 PACE Maker of the Year by the Central Michigan chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
