We’re strengthening our award-winning team with a new talented student practitioner, Bridgette Bauer. Please join us in welcoming Bridgette to the team! Learn more about our new team member below.

Bridgette Bauer

Bridgette is a rising senior at the Michigan State University James Madison College majoring in Social Relations and Policy with a minor in Public Relations.

Before joining Martin Waymire, Bridgette was a student writer for the MSU Broad College of Business, and was also a community engagement intern at Recycle Ann Arbor, an environmental advocacy nonprofit. She is the MSU PRSSA director of communications for the upcoming 2021-22 school year, and is excited to apply what she learns at Martin Waymire to the position. Bridgette discovered her love for public relations in her high school’s public policy magnet program, and never looked back. When she graduates from MSU, Bridgette hopes to stay at the intersection of policy and public relations. Outside of school and work, Bridgette loves to explore the outdoors, go to concerts (when it’s safe!), spend time with her roommates, and help her family with their small business that they started at the start of the pandemic.

Hometown: Ann Arbor, MI

What I love about MI: All of the history and cool spots in Detroit, plus summers on lakes and up North!

What I listen to: Anything and everything, but Taylor Swift is my all-time favorite artist!
