We’re excited to strengthen our award-winning team with a talented new student practitioner, Maggie Heil, to help serve our clients who are making Michigan a better place.
Maggie Heil is a senior at Michigan State University studying Communication Leadership and Strategy with minors in Theatre and Writing.
Prior to working with Martin Waymire, she was a marketing intern with StoryTeller Media + Communications and worked as a program lead and social media strategist for a summer camp in northern Minnesota.
During her time as a marketing intern, she created an internal social media strategy, jumped in as a production assistant in video shoots, and immersed herself in the world of HubSpot.
At MSU, she leads a cappella group, Capital Green, as Co-President and PR Manager and is passionate about developing their online presence through social media, their website, and blog. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, trying new recipes, and spending time with her friends and family.

Favorite part of working at Martin Waymire so far: So far, my favorite part about working at Martin Waymire has been the awesome culture and variety of clients. Not only do I get to work alongside amazing public relations professionals and people, but I also get to further my interests in public relations and graphic design.
What they love most about Michigan: Being surrounded by so much of my extended family and living in the vibrant city of East Lansing!
