‘Tis the season for giving, and here at Martin Waymire is no exception!

The Martin Waymire annual Gives Project is back, and this year we’re helping three nonprofit organizations improve their communications in addition to providing financial donations to help carry out their missions.

The three organizations we selected for the 2015 Holiday Gives Project include:

A Little Gives History

The Gives Project began in 2010 as a way to demonstrate the true meaning of the season by letting our clients join with us in supporting worthwhile Michigan organizations.

Each year as part of our Martin Waymire Gives Project, we choose extraordinary organizations to support during the year-end holidays. It’s our way of saying “thank you” for helping to make our community and state a better place.

This year, in addition to a monetary contribution, various Martin Waymire staff will provide a pro bono consulting service, free of charge, in efforts to improve each of the three organizations’ communications. Services to choose from include media relations training, social media training, a social media analysis, photo session or a graphic design piece.

Why Give?

Through this project, we’ve received tremendous support from our clients and friends since the beginning. We look forward to supporting organizations that offer so much to the community and state for many holiday seasons to come, and as an opportunity to learn more about the people also striving to make Michigan better.

Stay tuned throughout the holiday season, as we’ll be reporting on each of the 2015 Gives Project organizations, and our journey with them to better their overall missions and goals.

Your Mission to Give

And the giving shouldn’t stop here. We encourage you, our friends, family, and other Michiganders to get involved in your communities to give back. Use this as a reminder that in order to move Michigan forward, we all have to do our part!

So get up, get out and give!
