Bridgette Bauer is a recent graduate of Michigan State University’s James Madison College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in social relations and policy with a minor in public relations.
Bridgette started at Martin Waymire in May of 2021 as a student practitioner, working on client teams in industries ranging from public health to education, learning about traditional PR strategy and strengthening her social media design and writing skills along the way.
Before joining Martin Waymire in 2021, Bridgette was a student writer for the MSU Broad College of Business and spent a summer as a public relations intern at Recycle Ann Arbor, an environmental advocacy nonprofit. She also served as the MSU Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) director of communications for the 2021-22 school year. In 2022, Bridgette was named Student Practitioner of the Year by the Central Michigan Public Relations Society of America.
When she is not studying and working, Bridgette loves to explore the outdoors, go to concerts, spend time with friends and help her family with their small business that they launched at the beginning of the pandemic.
