Bridgette Bauer

Public Affairs Strategist

Bridgette is a recent graduate of Michigan State University’s James Madison College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in social relations and policy with a minor in public relations.

As a public affairs strategist, Bridgette leads strategic social media and traditional earned media efforts, helping to create content and ensure that client voices and issues are heard around the state. She works with the Michigan Association of Health Plans, the statewide I Vaccinate campaign, Anderson Economic Group, and the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association, among other clients.

Before joining Martin Waymire as a student practitioner in 2021, Bridgette was a student writer for the MSU Broad College of Business and spent a summer as a public relations intern at Recycle Ann Arbor, an environmental advocacy nonprofit. In 2022, Bridgette was named Student Practitioner of the Year by the Central Michigan Public Relations Society of America.

When she is not working, Bridgette loves to explore the outdoors, go to concerts, spend time with friends and help her family with their small business that they launched at the beginning of the pandemic.
