Creative & Digital Manager


As a creative & digital manager, Charlotte leads the strategic social media strategy, content creation, and organic and paid social media campaigns for a variety of clients, including Michigan’s University Research Corridor, the Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association, and the International Safe Transit Association. With a keen eye for design, Charlotte excels in creating compelling graphics for digital campaigns and printed materials to raise awareness and increase public understanding of important issues around the state.

Charlotte joined Martin Waymire in 2020 as a graduate of Michigan State University, where she received her B.S. in advertising management and a minor in public relations.

Prior to coming to Martin Waymire, Charlotte served as a social media and marketing intern for the City of Lansing, where she implemented marketing campaigns for the $12 million Extreme Makeover project to transform Lansing’s parking system. She worked closely with Lansing Mayor Andy Schor’s communications team, where she gained valuable experience in public policy communications and social media management.

In her free time, you can find Charlotte exploring the city of Chicago, cheering on the Detroit Lions, attending concerts, and caring for her two cats, Theo and Ozzie.
